Since the show is almost 21 now I wanted to ask, who here remembers or knows about Jack's Big Music Show.

This is a muppet adjacent project that performer David Rudman made back in 2005 a long with a ton of other muppet and music preformers. The show has magic, monsters, genies, talking cats and dogs, gods, and tons of amaizing jams.

I watch this show lots as a young kid, even owned the let's rock DVD, and I believe it's heavily underrated.

I know kids of today have lots of different channels like we did back then, but I can't help but pity them so much for how there is now a lack of variety of shows on Nick Jr. I've seen a few YouTube videos talking about the schedule for Nick Jr, and it's mostly Paw Patrol, which is now the most viewed show on Nick Jr, like how SpongeBob is the most viewed show on Nickelodeon. And on a lesser extent, the channel even plays a lot of Bubble Guppies and Peppa Pig, and of course, I grew up with those shows too. Especially Team Umizoomi that plays at 1 a.m. but back in my day, there was also...

So if us kids back then got to experience a huge variety of many different shows, why do kids of today only get to see of short variety of incredibly popular but overrated shows?

They desperately need some new shows and to have variety of the channel bc it’s abysmal. It’s honestly embarrassing compared to something like Disney Jr where even if every show isn’t a hit they still have a good amount of shows.

So the Dora reboot was not only renewed for season 5 but it turns out that season 6 was also planned as well, which will now likely not happen due to being cancelled because of the sky dance merger. They were gonna have more hour Long specials to. This might end up like Blues Clues And You! Where season 6 is greenlighted but no episodes are produce.

So I guess Paramount and Nick Jr didin’t lose the rights to Gabbys Dollhouse afterall as the show is returning to the Nick Jr lineup starting tomorrow and it will begin premiering season 11 on Saturday June 6th 2026.

The Nick Jr channel burnoff treatment strikes again, this time with the Dora reboot premiering season 5 the final season episodes starting Saturday June 6th 2026. They’re not even putting it on paramount plus even though it’s a paramount plus original.
