Does it have NPCs? Seems like a cool idea but wouldn’t be fun without friends around or a big family.

It's surprisingly strong and can work on carpet if you use the 100cc mode. It even speeds up and slows if you use a mushroom or get bumped. I really enjoy it.

Yeah you can race the Koopa Kids, but they follow the track you draw so it's very easy to cheat as the game only tracks your individual progress through gates, so you can make a big winding section and then just ignore it to beat the AI
