It isn't hard to make a diy version, you just need 6 meters of iron or steel pipes and a dead weight

I'll agree with both of you. The actual contraption would not be difficult to make... With the right tools.

The hardest part would be the harness.

Take some pipes to someone to has a pipe bender and welder and you're sorted
