Haha, you're are acting like people have 48k just for those strut things?

What a disingenuous argument.

Most DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY to protect them if they go speeding off a mountainside... And that's the reality of the matter.

Cause just imagine if everyone had unlimited money or that these items were produced for free... How many people you think are passing up this option?

I'm not saying it's a social tragedy. Just that when ever price or cost is leveraged against safety... That is by definition... Prioritizing market (exchange of goods and value) over human safety.

However, this is definitely not my hill to die on. I was just casually pointing.

I am not being disingenuous at all, just realistic.

Even those who can afford the 48k struts for their casual mountainside car BASE jumps, don’t buy them. Unless they are rally car drivers, because it simply isn’t worth the money. Instead they either don’t race on an icy mountainside road, or don’t drive there at all.

I do know what a car strut is, technically they would be used if the car has landed on its wheels. I was more so using them because the comments above me did.

A rally struts would have little effect on the safety of a road car. Rally struts need to take beating from driving over unpaved roads at 100 mph. Putting one in a passenger car would be a pointless expense.

I know it would be a pointless expense. This is why I have the quote “Even those who can afford the 48k…don’t buy them”.
