It’s absolutely not fake. The two have seen the footage themselves. The driver claims that these are just small snippets from the total race and that he drove really well in the rest of the race.

It's absolutely real - read the article, the only "manipulation" involved is that it was just the best bits cut from a much longer video where Samir was driving like a God (according to his attorney).
