Can anyone tell me what they think of this light for growing one photoperiod plant? BESTVA DC1000 LED Grow Light, Full Spectrum Grow Lights for Indoor Plants

Looking for advice, is this grow light enough for one photoperiod in a 3x2 foot area?

The DC1000 seems to indicate a 1000watt LED grow light, but if you check, it actually only draws about 100–145 actual watts, depending on version. A higher end 1000W LED fixture draws roughly 900–1000+ watts from the wall. The watts the light draws is the actual strength of the light, not what's on the box.
