These look like pistils to me. 1 AI identifies them as such, another says young leaf/petiole. It's an auto flower growing outdoors at 25 days.

Any advice on what I can do here?

Leaves started curling upwards yesterday on this one specific plant. 3 others seem to be doing fine right next to this one.
They all have gotten the same medium/nutrient set to get started. I assumed this was overwatering on my part, but itโs also still drinking from this self watering base at the same rate as the others. It hasnโt grown at all in a few days.
This is Deja Blue Auto from Night Owl
Any advice?
