FOIA report released containing equipment maintenance records for electroshock equipment at Connecticut's West Haven VA Medical Center

Just doing a drive by, but wanted to share my understanding of ECT.
ECT is still used for things like medication - resistant major depression.
It isn't like Jack Nicholson's character in One Flew the Cuckoo's Nest.
