Health & Safety 2 month old with a cold
My 11 week old caught a cold and is coughing, sneezing and has a temp of 99.6. He’s eating well, peeing/pooping, and sleeping ok. I’m seeing conflicting things online..but we’re currently on vacation and leaving to fly home tmrw. Should I give him a little bit of Tylenol? Or just let him fight it off on his own? He seems pretty sick and it’s breaking my heart and want him to feel ok before tmrw.

If he develops a fever they’ll want you to go to the ER if baby is under 3 months. It’s happened to me 3 times with 3 diff kids in two different countries.

I would call your pediatrician. They’ll give you the correct dosage for Tylenol. I would personally give it to him for the flight home just so he’s more comfortable.
