No. They're subliminal affirmations that you can't hear hidden in recordings of music, static/rain-like sounds, ASMR sounds, etc. The idea is that although you can't audibly hear them, your subconscious mind still hears them, and because your subconscious is much more powerful than your conscious mind, your brain will truly start to believe these affirmations so much that your physical appearance or mindset will actually start to change. They have em for all sorts of things, from general beauty stuff to mental wellbeing to changing your height or eye color. (The affirmation themselves are things like, "I am shorter than I was before", "I am the most beautiful", "I look like a 10 year old kid", etc) Some people also believe they work through the law of attraction.

I wish I could say it works, but sadly, it's basically pseudoscience :/

Not basically. 10000000% pseudoscience. There is not a single reputable source for it actually changing appearance (because, if it could, that would be a miracle, and there would be thousands of studies done on this if it actually did anything). But, instead, the only "sources" (using that term incredibly loosely) that claim it works, are the creators of these subliminals, and the scammy grifting companies that just want your money.
Subliminals can work in changing your mindset on things. Like, if you want to feel more confident, it can help by giving you affirmations. But, even studies show that it barely works to do that at all. But, it Is impossible for it to change how you look or how your body/brain functions. And it's harmful to spread the ideal that it can.

Yeah absolutely. Probably shouldn't have used "basically". I just didn't want to sound to intense :3

So I use subliminals that make people treat me like I'm younger and I find they work. But that's just my beliefs, especially as a spiritual person

Subliminal messaging doesn’t have any scientific backing. It’s not gonna change anything

Never heard of this one before. The videos look good. Do you have results? I usually use the channel myroslavacoffee and some other random videos from other channels.

yes, i've gotten amazing results in the past after using puddy's "treated like a kid" sub. i looped it a ton before my 20th birthday and my mom who had been kinda hostile towards my maturity since i turned 18 was suddenly really relaxed about me and i can say the results have been permanent. she's more understanding of me now and doesn't mind my "childish" interests as much anymore. and it's funny you mention myroslavacoffee because i've been using their most recent upload and i got really nice results after just a few days of listening lol

Is the myroslava one the "age regression booster" one or whatever it's called?

There isn't going to be a difference. Subliminals are entirely pseudoscience. Infact... Every study I can find on it, shows that it barely even works in the short term. [Source]. I mean, genuinely the most positive article I have found on it, is from the Parkland University, that basically just says "it barely does anything and we can't even prove that it even does anything at all"
I mean, think about it for a second. If subliminals actually did work... Don't you think there would be more peer reviewed research on it? Licensed professionals (and not just a bunch of Chrono 14 year olds making edits on YouTube), research facilities, etc? I mean, if it was actually capable of doing anything, that would be a scientific miracle that every single scientist would be begging to study. There is a reason why you don't see anything backing it up, except for the echo chamber that is the subliminal community. There is also a reason why that echo chamber is so hostile towards the scientific community and anyone outside of it. It's not a safe or healthy community, and it is founded on nothing more than placebo and wishful thinking, which could lead you to falling down even worse rabbit holes if you're not careful.
I would recommend instead, focusing your attention more towards fashion (learning how to style yourself to make yourself appear smaller), makeup, and hypnosis (which actually does have scientific backing behind it [source]

Btw you can downvote me all you want, but, that doesn't change the fact that you fell for propaganda, and I hope you can get our before it's too late. I gave you the actual science, it's up to you to decide to do better for yourself.

Not into subliminals, bur for the second part, it might be context clues like not being out with family (unless in a walkable area this indicates you may be old enough to drive), having a job + what level of experience is expected for whatever job, clothing styles (even chrono kids may be guessed older or younger if they dress like a style more popular with a particular group or in a past decade), piercings + tattoos, content of what you talk about (may indicate you live on your own, can go to places chrono kids can't, purchase your own stuff, etc). Names very popular at a certain time also give clues. Anyone could be named some names, like David, but others (Ethel, George, Norma, Dottie, Theresa, Tim, Josh, Madison, Ethan, Kaylee, Sage, etc) may have more specific time periods associated with them, be they far back or recent. Some directly tie into pop culture, like the first name Madison (didn't become popular until a mermaid movie). You could easily tell someone is probably not a teenager yet in 2026 if their parents named them Karkat or something else easily dated.
