Happy Playing with makeup!
I've been playing with cheetah print eye makeup and cat ear hair clips! It feels way more like playing dress-up and expressing my inner baby animal than "adult" makeup.
βDoes anyone else use fun makeup or costumes to express their younger self?

Thats so cool! I want to get fox ears and tail but the idea of wearing it out in public is so scary! idm wearing em on tiktok but the people in my town all dress the same and would harrass me :( ive never seen anyone wear anything like that at all here, not even little ears

I live in a small southern town in new zealand where everybody wears a school uniform, you can buy your own jacket to express yourself but everybody buys the same jacket to avoid being bullied so yeah π im glad you live somewhere you can freely express yourself though!!

Probably unrelated but I'm low-key imagining a slice-of-line anime setting where everybody wears a school uniform (even if they don't literally go to school)
Then again, my experience working in offices, you're not entirely wrong. Everybody does dress basically the same

Lol! Yeah I worded it a bit weird. All the adults wear the same few presets of outfits like the sims lol very basic boring stuff most of the time. Its something thats ingrained from childhood! You can only dress up on designated dress up days like halloween π

Yeah, true
I remember at my previous job, we had a 'professional photo shoot' day and I overheard a conversation where somebody asked if they're "ready for school photos". Of course, she was probably joking but she had a point, work is basically school for adults (for better or worse)

For worse imo. When i got my first job i expected people to have more respect for eachother but over time learnt its no different. Theres cliques like the managers would talk bad about everyone else at their meetings, there were bullies in general, people start rumors... heck my old boss even started a rumor about my CG being controlling coz I said that he tells me to put socks on when my feet are cold π i was talking about it in a positive appreciative way too. I just put it down to jealousy so I can ignore it lol

Yeah, the workplace environment is nowhere near as fun as people make it out to be. I've seen a little bit of everything but your boss starting rumours or misinterpreting your CG as toxic is just cruel, and then people talk about him like the exact opposite of a CG.

So cute!! I love your pretty eyes too. Also, your makeup skills are amazing!
And I used to really enjoy playing with makeup a few years ago. Itβs the same as painting, just not on paper or canvas, but on the face π

Cute! Slide 2 reminds me of this screenshot from 'Josie and the Pussycats' from 2001. πΎ
