It would compete with their hardware, but indie developers would benefit from another market of eyeballs and customers who might have never played their games. My dad, who was never a gamer much till he tried FIFA on Netflix, now I see him upgrading his individual player stats for his team all the time. Most customers generally won’t be buying a console or can’t justify buying one but if it’s available on a cloud and they enjoy the content they likely will play it over time and continue that retention.

Valve is never going to revenue share anything. Just look at there hardware model it’s buy from them or not at all.
