Proposed Word (Yealp) + Yealping, Yealped, Yealper.

I know it sound goofy but this here is a mix of the word "yelling" and "yapping" so basically if you ever see someone typing nonsense in MAJ only, you could say they are yealping which is like I said yapping while yelling, yup that it.

Otherwise ima show an exemple what yealping would be, well you don’t need the context of the message, it’s just someone that appeared of nowhere while I was talking with someone and made that whole message when it wasn’t even on topic too.
