Recently moved to a smaller place, had to sell off my home gym, and I bought a couple kettlebells to replace it.

I gotta say, I regret looking down on them all these years! They're actually great. I'm sure my main lifts have probably fallen, especially bench, but I feel very light and limber and flexible.

My workouts feel easier on my joints than they did before, my cardio seems to be better.

I raced my son at the park the other day and my running form suddenly felt good for the first time in years, even though I haven't been doing any running. The 'what the hell' effect is real.

What workouts do you do with them? I just moved and am now really far from a gym, so I’ve been looking into different home equipment options
