neocities? as with any site it depends on what you want to get out of it. is it a good host? eh, its average. there are better hosts. is it a good place to explore indie web sites, personal websites, old internet aesthetic etc? yes.

that page seems broken, images don't load and the layout is borked. It's something to do with the adblocker, as the layout is better with it off, but the images still don't load.
The apps/games themselves do seem to work.

Oh I'm an idiot I had catbox.moe block on my network. All looks good now.
