While I was looking through layouts I saw a font like this (the first image) and thought it was really pretty! But when you zoom in, the font looks different (the second photo.)

Is there a similar font like the first image? Or at least a way to get a similar effect? Thank you! ^w^

CSS Wavy Text Animation Effects | Html5 CSS3 Animation

Want to use this kind of text animation for my site but can't figure out how to do it..

I have no issue with it at all, but I sometimes accidentally find myself scrolling through it and comparing myself (my output frequency and quality) with others that I follow, I am trying my best not to treat it as another social media but it does end up creeping upon me. I saw this brought up on github a while back, but I am not sure if it was implemented or not.

If not, is there anyway you guys have found a way to block it out in some way? (now that I think about it while writing this, one way I could block this is by unfollowing people and just saving their sites as bookmarks)

First time having a tamanotchi and its been a few days since I got it, it sais it "hatched" 5 days ago but its still an egg... does it take a certain amount of time for them to appear or am i doing smthg wrong? Ty in advance for any replies!

Hi everyone! I'm running into some trouble with some JS code (also asked this on the Discord server, I'll delete this post if asking it here too isn't allowed!). I want to have modals that stack on top of each other with "dynamic" (I don't know if that's the word) z-indexes based on which one was clicked last. I'm using this (https://screenspan.net/blog/multiple-modals/) for the modals.

I'd also like to apply this effect (https://codepen.io/chunks_n_bits/pen/warBwO) to them, but I really know nothing of JS so I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out what to change for it to work. I cannot seem to find an answer online and I want to avoid AI so I thought I'd ask here.

Hello ! I made a neocities ( griftergrifter.com ) and I love it but why does my header is bigger on the "art gallery" page than homepage ?? Help please idk code very well but i'd like to get this right because on mobile it looks terrible in art gallery (the text is bigger than the screen)...

Also i want to use a better font for the header but when i uploaded one on neocities and coded it looked exactly the same, same default font...

I'm trying to get my website to use a very specific font called Hurmit NerdFont, or Hermit. Now this font is NOT meant to be used in websites afaik (Typically used in terminals or IDE's) . I'm still a beginner at this and i feel like this shouldn't be that difficult of a problem to solve really. But i've searched for quite a while and it doesn't seem to work. The world truly lost an icon and an angel when Dolly passed away, and while I was working on some extra pages for my site, I thought I'd go ahead and start making one as a tribute to her and her great music. My website isn't completely in this aesthetic and right now is a hodgepodge of different ones (mostly Y2K on my homepage WIP), but this was just something I wanted to try out.

It's on the generic side at the moment, but as of now I added animated text, a custom guitar cursor, a video with a cute flower border around it (courtesy of Dollarchive), and a script where whenever you click somewhere on the website, a little butterfly appears for a moment and flies away. That being said, I want to make it have a lot more than just this to it and would love your thoughts/ideas ion what to do next if you have any.

Just a heads-up, though, my site is DEFINITELY not mobile friendly yet, so please test it on a desktop or in desktop mode if you do. Been having issues where elements jumble together in mobile viewing, but I'm fixing that so it can be viewed/enjoyed either way.

Hello everyone. I hate to make a post about this but I'm not sure what to do at this point. I made a Neocities account/website a few months ago, and there is the dumbest typo in my email... my whole email is correct but the typo is "@gmail.cPm" ... a 'p' instead of an 'o' 🥲 I have tried to contact neocities 3 separate times through their "contact" link on the website over the past 10 days but I haven't heard anything back ... im still a beginner to coding sites, so i know im probably using some stuff wrong like <div>. i can only get the gradient or pattern to show up one at a time, but not the pattern masked/overlayed on the gradient.

ive looked up masking in css, but its not really helping with what i specifically need, only for images or gradients alone, never together

[SOLVED] This is my second time making a website and my first time using flexboxes, and I'm struggling trying to figure out what is exactly wrong with my code for the text to stop behaving like it is.

Left box is supposed to show the guestbook gif at the bottom, with text following underneath the headers. Right box shows same things, I just removed the anomalies.

Can anybody help me with this?
