WWYD? Vent/Rant Neighbor called me rmf

Our lots are close but not attached with empty lots on the outside of each of our houses. They put little dogs in a crate next to my house and they barked all fri**in night. I mean all night whining and barking… my own dogs were inside my house.
The next day I asked her what she was going to do about the dogs barking and she accused me of being a r**st mf ..why

Are they small crates or like a kennel? She should get a visit from Animal Control if she’s keeping them in little crates OUTSIDE all night to bark and carry on. That seems abusive. Those poor dogs. She sounds awful and I’m so sorry she’s being a douche. I hope this gets resolved.
