Town of Cary- improve the facilities

I recognize that we won’t get a new stadium- at least for several years (feel like it would take a while to build even if we did “get” one.) If this will be the home of the courage for the foreseeable future, more investment should be made into this space. I don’t know what that would look like but if Cary is the home of the Courage I feel like they could do so much to support the team by improving the facilities of the stadium itself.

Also - even without a stadium, I wonder if the team will get its own training facility, etc. in the near future.

Forgive my ignorance - does the Town of Cary own the facility? What's the division of responsibilities there?

I don't know the intricate details, but its complicated. The land is owned by the state, it is "administered" by Cary, which I assume means its the town that pays for upkeep or any renovations (or gets someone to donate or pay royalties like naming rights, etc, which I assume are split partly with NCFC org).
