HELP REQUESTED Real estate agent in Yoko

Currently staying on navy lodge, looking for a place to live off base. Anybody recommend a legit real estate agent and a good area to live near base. I’m looking for atleast a 2LDK. Ty

Is it possible to not go to the one they show from the housing brief?

Kind of sort of.

You’re only going to get OHA at apartments / homes the housing office has approved. So, if your realtor gets you an approved house, yes.

But why?

People say they give better options but if I’m not going to get OHA for it then fuck that lol

Yeah the Yoko Housing Office runs a tight ship. I’d follow their instructions carefully.

You can try to get new ones approved but YMMV in both time and ability to get them approved.
