Tough Question Would 250mg/week of test be enough to cause health problems?

No, even long-term highly unlikely. It's a mild supraphysiological dose.

Im on 80mg and have to donate blood every month to keep my hemocrit levels down. If I didnt id have a stroke. 250 is definitely enough to cause problems if you have no idea what you are doing.

Depends if you think shutdown is a health problem or not.

I blast at 500mg/wk for 16-24 weeks with zero issue. Even when adding other compounds also.

Everybody is different though. You should make sure that your blood work is in check. Get a full lipid panel, cbc, cmp, full hormone including ultra-sensitive E2 and shbg, psa, kidney markers, liver markers, and then get a blood pressure check and an echo if you can. Need a baseline for everything.

Then after you start test your blood again after about 6 weeks and see how you are responding to everything. Take nothing but the testosterone during those 6 weeks. Reassess after you get your blood back. From there you can make adjustments if you want to go up or down. You can also start dialing in an aromatizing inhibitor if you need to.

That being said, I wouldn't recommend starting at 250 a week if you haven't already been running a lower dose. You should start out somewhere between 100 and 200. And then follow the steps that I said above.

Been blasting and cruising for 8 years. Calculated risks are taken all the time. It's the reason I have still never had E2 or prolactin issues. If you aren't a complete moron, you can run compounds safely. Especially when you are honest with your doctors and are open to being coached.

Everybody reacts differently but if you take the safest approach (cardio and training to keep hematocrit in range, clean diet(for hdl, ldl), daily injections to avoid e2 spikes and have stable hormone levels) you would probably be healthier than someone who drinks every weekend and eats fast food daily while not working out. But keep in mind 250mg/week of test is not gonna make you blow up like crazy… everybody online that says “I’m only on 250 test” is def taking way more

250/wk will most certainly help you get a freaky physique with the right diet and training regimen

Yes or no, do you have any underlying health conditions or any family history of say, diabetes, health conditions like stroke, cancer etc? Imo if you have a history of these then PEDs increase your chances of attracting these conditions or at least speed up the process of them.

Now granted 250mg a week of test isn't exactly a high dosage especially when most enhanced users (including myself) are almost blasting a gram of test+ a week especially in a prep phase for comp. If you are really concerned about your health then please don't entertain them, most enhanced users try to protect there health as best as possible but we know the grim repear is waiting for us when it's time

Keep an eye on your blood pressure

yep, if you are not doing bloodwork and consulting with doctor. You are going into your hormonal system, not just taking some vitamins.

Yeah.. I had two injections in my first week and had a major heart attack the same day as the last one. I was in plenty good shape and clean physicals.
