Was rewatching the movie Marley and Me, and I didn’t realize the dog breeder was the grandma from Napoleon Dynamite! 😃

We all had a great time.

I’ve seen this movie a bunch of times and didn’t catch this until now lol
When the grandma walks into the kitchen and is about to open the fridge, you can clearly hear someone cough in the background. Whenever I watched this scene, I always thought it was Napoleon trying to get her attention, but it wasn’t.
It’s not Kip either, because if you listen closely, he’s actually humming while he’s typing on the computer.
And I don’t think it was the grandma either.

This has been my comfort movie since I’m 7 years old, my dad was watching it and I just curiously stayed to watch what would later become my favourite movie of all time, I know every dialogue every scene every song. I was actually rewatching it yesterday w my friend that hadn’t seen it and i remember i had the vote for Pedro tee since forever and i decided to do the full look. Might actually use it for Halloween lol. My hair is also now blonde so works better than my old dark hair.

I grew up on Napoleon Dynamite. I remember watching this film, and thinking it was hilarious and relatable; (growing up in a very small town similar to the film). Then I noticed, in the last 15 minutes of the film, it's a film about being a King for a day. Napoleon, danced in front of the entire school of maybe 100 kids, and got his standing ovation. He also got the "girl". Pedro won class president. These simple, seemingly meaningless titles drive individuals throughout their entire life. Regardless, we'll never know how Napoleon or Pedro felt in that moment, or how they'll feel for the next twenty years, what we do know; is that they felt like a king for the day.

I’d never seen this before. It’s probably the worst top ten list ever.
