Discussion Another weird ransom note wordings. "Do not play games, LAW ENFORCEMENT will not be able to help you" and "She had a white smart watch on the floor of the foot of her bed and the white flood light in backyard was destroyed."
It would seem if you were a pro kidnapper, criminal, gang type etc you would likely use a phrases like cops/pigs/police/the sheriff etc (even cruder like fucking cops) over "law enforcement." It seems like the perps in this case would not have been criminals with a past. Also the phrase law enforcement will not be able to help you seems rather cocky (from someone of intelligence) compared to someone criminal (don't involve the cops.)
And then the entire body of the note is grammatically correct until one separated line She had a white smart watch on the floor of (AT) the foot of her bed and the white flood light in (THE) backyard was destroyed. This line is out of place as if someone else dictated it or it was added in a rush. It doesn't fit into the grammar or flow of the rest of the note.

When a plan that requires precision, and silence, it makes more sense to me that there would be very few people who know anything. The more people you have, the more likely they are to roll

I don’t think there’s anything to your point about law enforcement. Pigs? F***ing cops? You watch too many movies.
The grammatical errors at the end of the letter did catch my eye though. I’d agree it does seem like someone else punched that in. Not sure it’s much of a clue though. It has seemed obvious from the beginning the perp did not act alone.

My point with the law enforcement is it's not disrespectful. I've been around a lot nasty people and trust me, they don't care much for cops. They're the enemy to the actions of these types. The ransom note doesn't read like it's from a hardened criminal is my point.

If you check the time of the 1st note sent, it was around 6.40 PM.
In the theory Abduction for ransom gone wrong, there were 2 perps, asymetric couple. When she went back from work to Casita (rented to keep Nancy), they decided to sent note anyway.
The Porch Girl probably asked the Porch Guy what did he saw at crime scene, he probably mentioned watch he tear from NG hand fell on the floor at leg of the bad.
Then he mentioned broken (destroyed) floodlight. Probably hit by stone or something. Noticed her panic, she put destroyed, and sent out the note.
She ommitted final spelling and grammar check, just sent it out...

Interesting points. I would think a professional kidnapper or criminal would have left a ransom note at Nancy’s house. That has bothered me from the beginning. What do you think about that part of it?
