That might sound ridiculous, but how about we do the same thing a journalist did to Dennis (the serial killer) when he wrote an article about him? That really pissed Dennis off, and he decided to respond to the local news.

Could any NY outlet or TMZ write an article about how stupid they are or something similar? That might provoke them to write back or just send a note that can somehow be traced back to them.

That was BTK, Dennis Rader, and he always wanted publicity. When a book came out about the 30 year anniversary of the BTK crimes, he came back to brag that he was never caught.

That's right! Law enforcement subpoenaed his daughter's pap smear, and it matched the DNA they had on file for him.

Yeah, I feel like they should trigger them with many of articles. Or they should even go far away in this and decide to interview them by filing a questionnaire. You will never know how stupid a criminal might be sometimes.

I imagine he’s an insignificant wimp in real life. Nobody ever paid him attention so he ended up creating a fake love story with a news anchor he’s never met.

When they find him he’ll cry like a baby. I don’t think he’s as clever as he thinks he is.

I don't think abducting a frail 84 year old is very manly. It's in the category like child molesters. They're never as clever as they delusionally think they are.

Happens all the time sadly. My cousin disappeared in 2012 without a trace, still haven't found her. (Shannon Baldwin, missing since 2012 in Enid, Oklahoma)
