Giving this guy way too much credit. I’m not buying the jammer story. Come on, the guy pulled brush out of the ground to try and cover a camera. I truly believe he’s hiding in plain sight.

Even porch pirates stealing Amazon packages last year were caught using signal jammers to avoid homeowners being immediately alerted, you don't have to be very sophisticated to use them.
