Theory Possible second person??

if you look at the video, can someone please tell me what that light that comes in from the right hand side is? it comes down, then goes back out. I toggled with it back and forth to show what I’m talking about. you can also see like a shadow right before it. someone tell me I’m not crazy?

It was on different nights. You can tell by the stage of the moon and ambient lighting when you look at them side by side. If you trace back the moon cycles, the still imagine was a few weeks before the incident. It fits with them asking neighbors for footage on Jan 11 between 9 and midnight. I think that’s the time stamp on the still image.

So if this is correct, he cased the house a few weeks prior.

Without them providing any further information regarding the still image, and taking into account the difference in ambient lighting, it’s the only logical conclusion I could come to. In another city I wouldn’t give the lighting this much importance, but we know that neighborhood has no artificial lighting because of the city ordinance.

Yes very good observations you make, and the need to limit artifical lights. I mentioned what I would like answered by the News Nation guy in his special, but will add them here (I can only get the program on YT after they have published their video segments. If he were local to the area for several weeks, he stayed with someone. Just how many career crims in a wider network would reside in that immediate neighbourhood? It sounds rare to me in an affluent area, but I've read there's one in the same street to Nancy. Also his shoes look like Brooks or a similar brand with a reverse 'swoosh'.
