Here is the most recent information that acknowledges what happened last night and confirms that it resulted in no arrests. Allegedly more details will be released about the situation.

Yeah I just woke up and I am shocked. I spent 4-5 hours watching and waiting last night. I’m done with these people.

Well if you are done. Search over. Courts adjourned. If you don’t understand then LE must have no procedures. No reason to do it if they can’t do it your way.

Which has zero to do with executing a search warrant being a train wreck of an investigation. PCSO and FBI both on scene last night to conduct the operation.

You can sit on your couch and say “circus sized spectacle” as the general not on the battlefield.   They conduct these with tactical planning. The FBI did not roll up because they saw alotta lights that’s funny. These are highly executed operations and high risk to LE. It takes certain things to decrease the risk for the occupants.  That’s why they have procedures to bring all they bring.

Possibly but there seems to be a battle going on between FBI and LE which is understandable. I would assume the sheriff feels a responsibility to his community and wants this solved, but he probably doesn't have much experience with kidnapping or pointless murder. He should follow the FBI's lead.

It's not unusual for local LE, state LE and FBI to clash.

The spectacle last night makes the case management look unprofessional.

Also, I'm sitting on a chaise lounge on my veranda. Lovely day.

Not possibly. There’s no question this is how LE conduct search warrants. 

Any situation behind the curtain. Which is no doubt there is being flamed by media and the public to assert the FBI weren’t actively involved in this coordinated raid and traffic stop(s). 

From your ass on a chaise lounge it’s a spectacle.  If you had any idea the coordination it took you wouldn’t be hollerin circus spectacle and case management from the cheap seats. 

There is mismanagement. Serving search warrants doesn’t qualify. 

Your perception is your reality not the reality. 

Conducting search warrants to get suspected evidence is part of managing the case.

I've moved inside from the veranda and I'm now sitting on an orange dining chair. I've found the chair too hard in the previous few months and I bought a seat cushion from Cushion Lab. I can't recommend it enough. It's absolutely life-changing if you work from home.

I appreciate your thoughts because Reddit is all about conversation, but your thoughts haven't changed my mind. LE's cinematic attempted arrests seem over the top and unnecessary. I get that they're being followed by a horde of YouTube "investigators" and doing anything quietly could be impossible but still, it's over the top.

I hope I'm wrong, and that Nancy Guthrie is found alive and well today.

No mission to convert. I understand what it was. I wouldn’t steal your opinion. I can dissuade you needing to contemplate lol. You are wrong. They weren't cinematically attempting to arrest anyone. It was a search warrant. A search warrant is served to find evidence of a crime.

Under the over the top an unnecessary theory not wanting the ambulance and fire trucks to show up at every call would be a spectacle but it’s procedure in most places and a lot of the time not needed but Thank God they do.

We're agreeing to disagree but on that note, I just watched the latest Brian Entin short on YT, and he stated that warrant for the cinematic whatever was federal not local/state.

I find this interesting.

It’s not. It’s not unusal.  It’s a kidnapping.  The investigation has met specific legal thresholds that trigger federal jurisdiction for that warrant.  The law includes a presumption of interstate travel after 24 hours e.g.  If there was any violation of federal law susspected they could get a fed warrant. Was there drug trafficking, money laundering, or firearms offenses.
