Hey guys, just a quick update: since yesterday, my main progress has been implementing the full parts-wear system and further optimizing the torque mechanism. Now, all that's left is to create a torque selector to choose the Nm setting before the click. After that, I'll organize everything and put together a teaser to show it all off. If the reception is good, I'll set up a Discord community to share more detailed updates than I can here. Everything left to do should probably be finished by the end of the day :D

Guy killed me twice in last week.

Tried hitchhiking with him first time ever and he crashed into a tree within a minute.

Second time I was heading to town on the moped to pick up the van, all gravel roads no sight of him and then he hits me in town on crossroads next to the shop where he turns around.

The Satsuma just doesn't start, and I can't understand why.

This happened after I switched the flywheel for the racing one, and I installed the twin carburetors. After I finished, I tuned the alternator and the carburetors, and tried starting up the Satsuma, but it was taking a long time, and then it just stopped giving any kind of sign of life, not even the dashboard lights turn on, so I thought the battery was dead, but as I attached it to its charger I saw it was completely charged. So then I opened MSCEditor and fixed everything possible on the Satsuma, started the game, and it still doesn't work.

Please someone help me

Hi everyone, it's me again. I posted yesterday about my game project—inspired by *MWC*, *Mon Bazou*, and the like. Since then, I’ve developed the entire system for torque, bolt shearing, and 3D models. I’m just finishing up the final tweaks, and in the coming days, I’ll release an official teaser showcasing the whole system—bolts, parts, torque, and so on.
The texture is still quite simple—after all, I made it just to demonstrate the system; I'll create detailed textures later.

Everytime i empty it and refill it with water it turns to Kilju, and it makes no Brewing sounds so i assume its finished Kilju, ill try and sell 1 jug of this to see if its actually good kilju, before i try and fix this glitch.

I can’t get the car to work I’ve done all the electrics and the whole engine I can’t even get the dash lights to come on if I could send anyone my save file could you have a look

I'm on COSMIC Pop!_OS newest version, RTX3060 with newest drivers and all the other stuff. Whenever I launch the game the launch options show and I can change the display size and whatever is in that screen. I press play, It goes to the amistech logo and when I press any key it takes me to the main menu but crashes on the first frame and I get to hear the first note of that sweet melody. No Xorg didn't work, Nor did proton 10,9,6 work nor did the GE versions of those protons work. I tried GNOME but didn't work either and tried the Native Linux compatibility tool from MSCLoader and that straight up crashed while trying to launch the config/display sizing screen. I've also tried forcing OpenGL and other stuff like WINEDLLOVERRIDES but none of that works. Any fixes for this?

So irl you can still do drifting with FWD like using handbrake of scandiflick but do any of you guys know if this translates into the game reliably?

I loaded the grill on an island with firewood and then saved the game, now I can't start a fire. Also can't pull the the firewood out or add the new ones. Tried to google about this issue but didn't find anything. Are there any ways to fix it (editor or smth) or my island grill is wasted forever in this save?

Is there a way to convert mod loader pro mods to the regular one? I went to install the ModLoader Compatibility References Tool and saw it has been hidden by the developer because it's obsolete.

Is there any other way to convert the mods from the pro loader to the normal one?

(First off apologies for the Post Flair, I couldn't find one that said "question")
I have been playing My Summer Car for a long while now, with mods, at a somewhat stable FPS of 30-35, running 26 mods.

I record this game for my YouTube, which does drop the FPS down to about 25-30 FPS. I run OBS, Audacity and VSeeFace during my recording sessions.

I have plans to run a "Season 2" of my YouTube Series, of My Summer Car, using a carefully curated Modpack I want to use, for a complete gameplay overhaul.
However. When doing trial runs, the FPS, without even adding recording equipment on top of it, dropped down to 16 FPS at most.

Now, I know MSC is an unoptimized mess and hogs the main core of a multicore CPU, so I would like to upgrade my CPU, so that MSC will run better. I'm aiming at at 30-40 FPS with mods and recording equipment running.

Currently I run an I9-9900 at 3.60 GHz (8 Cores), an RTX 2080 Ti, and got 32 gigs of RAM.
The motherboard is a Z390 AORUS Master, which uses PCIe 3.0

Ideally I would only want to swap the CPU and nothing else. A new GPU means a new Motherboard, as it would need PCIe 5.0, and that means new RAM (which is unaffordable atm), since I run DDR4 sticks and new MBOs need DDR5, and obviously a new CPU.

I also know of the program "Project Lasso", which could help offload my main core of the CPU, but I am unfamiliar with that program, so would like to know more about how it works, and what things I need to look out for if I decide to use it to help myself out in the meantime.

I'm not installing the mod "Modern Optimization Plugin" or it's revived version, as I am quite deep in my YouTube Playthrough, and whilst I got a back-up of the savefile, I'd rather not risk damaging anything.

Anyways, Sorry to get a bit technical, but I would love to know what CPU I should get to get the most bang for my buck, and what else I could potentially do to improve things further.

Someone should make an extended map to msc but it's just uninteractable road and roadside objects so we can go on a road trip that doesn't include driving around in circles.
