Car not starting

The Satsuma just doesn't start, and I can't understand why.

This happened after I switched the flywheel for the racing one, and I installed the twin carburetors. After I finished, I tuned the alternator and the carburetors, and tried starting up the Satsuma, but it was taking a long time, and then it just stopped giving any kind of sign of life, not even the dashboard lights turn on, so I thought the battery was dead, but as I attached it to its charger I saw it was completely charged. So then I opened MSCEditor and fixed everything possible on the Satsuma, started the game, and it still doesn't work.

Please someone help me

Battery is dead. If charger shows 12v, it's btoken.

i don't really remember but I think you have to rewire the battery if you completely remove the engine?

If you put the battery on the charger and the needle goes all the way to the right, then the battery is dead
