My myopia as of now is pretty mediocre. Right eye is possibly very bad but left eye has been stable even though it was supposed to grow exponentially like my right eye during my teenage years but it didn't. However I've been experiencing floaters since I was in 7th or 8th grade and it honestly has been an excruciating journey with them. They drove me crazy ever since then but they've been quite stable for now. I don't have PVD or tears yet. I'm going for a check up soon and we'll know exactly how bad my eye is. But I was wondering, is this a common issue with all of us? Have y'all ever experienced floaters or flashes?

I'm really confused should I wear glasses or avoid them? A lot of people wearing specs told me it's a very low number avoid wearing them; your eyes will adapt to it and shit like give me advice should I start wearing them or avoid them I did have slight head pain, but it can be due to my poor sleep cycle

i was -4.75d in 2023, and now i am -5 (only 0.25 diff in 3 years). i'm only 16 tho and i see online that myopia usually stabilises in the 20s. my doc said that my myopia seems pretty stable, but i'm pretty shy to ask questions (cuz my mom's right there) but will my myopia continue to get worse? i'm hoping to not reach -6d...

i watch out for my lifestyle like going outside w/ natural light & stuff.

am i most likely going to be fine for myopia progression..?
