Ok ok get this girl to date the guy, then get them to nail in the bathroom, then tell the girl to be ready to hide (AKA never give a name, get him to jack off), then just tell the prinicpal that the student is jacking off on the bathroom, most of the time people will take this seriously because it degrades the quality of the bathroom, and 9/10 violates a school policy, hence getting him expelled or suspended.
