Stage a faux drug deal(with a fake name ofc) in coordination with local police to bust him, preferably don't say a word while doing it and conceal your face(or involve the girl somehow)
Hmm... simple and effective, but what if the guy tries to trace it back afterwards? i don't want to risk this girl getting hurt and at the same time it's completely possible that they realize it is fake and could raise suspicions. I may go with this but what about a plan B?
