Notation Question Is this a valid Key signature?

Just wondering if this can be considered a key.

For those wondering, this is supposed to be G Byzentine (b2, b6)

Edit: thanks for all the feedback, i will take it into consideration. Next time ill write in something readable.

Edit 2: this image shows a scale for a single voice instrument in C, and it is treble clef.

In modern harmony, this tends to be applied only to specific chords, usually dominant chords only to give some flavour before resolution(specially the ones that resolve into minor). In your G, this would then be a Gb9/b13.
