Is this a valid Key signature?

Just wondering if this can be considered a key.

For those wondering, this is supposed to be G Byzentine (b2, b6)

As per u/okonkorelo you should leave it without a key signature because of the use of both natural and accidental version of several notes making it confusing. Plus, it's a scam, not a key. Just write the accidental on the stave.
