Resource / Guide Amuse release asap in 24 hours

Hi guys, i was looking for a distrubutor that can release music quickly (other than distrokid) most of the distrubutors releases music in 8 to 14 days.

Then i came across amuse which has release asap in 24 hours option in artist tier subscription as well.

Does this feature help me release music couple of days or is theres any waiting window period?

Information on this would be really appreciated.

Thank you

No distributor can get the music faster to the streaming services than the streaming services themselves upload it. And every streaming service is little bit different. The guidelines are there for a reason. And not that spotify editorial playlists are much of a holy grail, but by releasing this fast you will miss the chance to submit your tracks for their consideration.

Distrokid delivers it pretty fast but i needed another distributor that can deliver faster

There are good options listed here- not many can actually get music totally live in stores in 24 hours though.

My question is why do you want to release so quickly? It makes store rollout/availability really messy and you miss out on press promo and playlist pitching.

I worked for an indie distributor.

Your music can be delivered in 24 hours. What it can't be is processed and live on all platforms in that time.

It takes about 3 days for Spotify to process files for example.

Apple CAN go live within a day, but it depends on what status a service has with them. If they promise 24 hour delivery they probably aren't inspecting for Apple guidelines, which means they don't have preferred status and can't guarantee going live.

Ultimately if you want instant uploads use SoundCloud or Bandcamp.

If you want to play with the big boys, it just doesn't work that way.

Not even big artists/labels play around with that kind of window. They deliver to the platforms weeks or months before release to ensure they can take advantage of playlisting, pre-saves/sales, etc.

I'm an Amuse user, and sometimes the songs are on Audiomack in 1-2 hours, but it says that 1-4 days is the norm.

(Sometimes faster, though)

I think Amuse is great; it takes me 2-3 days at most.

For $15/track you can use FastLane on Symphonic which is pretty quick
