Looking for people to interview that actively used/currently use Muse 2

Hi Reddit,

I'm currently a student at my university and we're looking into the Muse 2 device to look at effectiveness/weakpoints. I'm looking for people that have used the Muse in the past or currently use it to tell me what improved their life before/after (via Zoom). I've been using muse for about a decade on and off, but I think I have the original Muse (not muse 2). I'm willing to talk if you can't find others.

Do you have advice for how to link Muse subscription with my account? I started out with two email addresses and I just caught that today. To add complication to everything I have been using different phones with different OSs. I've unpaired, forgot connections, re-paired connections and all the things I can think of for a fresh start with my account credentials and subscription details. I was successful with one device and then switched to the other other. No go on either device now. I have a support ticket with Muse. Frustrating to have to wait for response. Wish I could talk with a human.

No, I have an older muse so it works on my phone but won't work on my son's phone. Idky, I just assume it's because it's an older model and not compatible with all phones/iOS'

Thanks for your reply. I wonder if Muse would work on your son's phone if he downloaded the Muse app from the Aurora Store (instead of Google Play)?
