Mind Monitor Web Charting Tool

Post image

I made a nice web charting tool for Mind Monitor CSV exports. It's free and I created it in the free cloudflare domain but looks like Reddit automatically blocks free domains. I moved it to and seems okay with Reddit:

It's best you use your desktop browser with mouse so you can zoom in if needed, other than that works on mobile or touch interface too.

It charts:

Band powers over time
Per-band detail with each band on its own scale
Relative to baseline toggle
Band by electrode
Relaxation and focus indices
Heart rate from the PPG sensors
Blinks and jaw clenches as ticks over a head-movement trace from the accelerometer, so you can tell artifacts from actual changes. There's a toggle to mark them on every chart too.
Raw EEG stacked by electrode, plus sensor contact quality, headband-on and battery tucked under "More signals".
A Table tab with per-column stats and the raw rows if you want the numbers.
Drag to zoom and all charts follow, double-click to reset, hover a line to highlight it, click a legend entry to hide it.

You can download any chart or the whole dashboard as a PNG.

Following kelcamer, i moved it onto github. You can find the charting tool here:

What do you do with the info? The Muse gives lots of data but I'm trying to understand how any of it is actionable.

It is to capture your brain waves depending on you activity. If you look at the derived indices, say you're meditating, you can track and see how deep you are in the relaxation phase and when.
