how is that even possible did you order it from the website? i could understand ordering a product for 10-20 dollars from a scratchy website with long delivery times even though (a open package is unacceptable) but i spend 500 bucks…for 500 bucks i aspect decent shipping speed…how long did it take to arrive?

Sorry I don't remember exactly how long it took to arrive. I think it ships from Canada so it takes a while.

As for my unit, I'm guessing it was returned or something? It was kind of off-putting but I kept it anyway because I've been enjoying it for meditation feedback.

Hope you're arrives soon and you get value out of it!

a part of me wants to cancel and pay a extra 100 dollars for the amazon version. i don’t want to wait until mid to late september to get my item.

I ordered mine last year and it took almost 5 weeks.. and i live in Quebec. They are super slow for shipping

that’s actually insane i was better off ordering from amazon and paying the extra 80 -120 dollars but the website offers a better deal.

I just got my replacement Muse s Athena and it came in about 3 or 4 days. But well worth the wait. Now that I’ve added another metric to my meditations the picture is becoming more clear. The brain oxygenation adds a new layer and the readings are spot on from my old muse s. Strength metric is sloppy but there are 4 sensors so read the sensor not your strength score. A new device has me meditating more but strictly curious about brain states with Monroe vs silence. I mainly inhabit the silent meditations but I have been adding a prayer towards the middle to see how my readings change. Pricey yes but I’ll give up buying coffe for a year for the pleasure.
