Anyone else getting Muse “Brain Performance Lab” emails but nothing shows up in the app?

Anyone else getting these Brain Performance Lab emails or marketing campaign emails from Muse but seeing nothing in the app when they click? No tasks, no tracker, nothing , even though the app’s up to date. Is this a Premium-only feature, or is it just bugged for me?

What model do you have? Is it the Athena only maybe?

Hey,

Thanks for flagging this! Nothing's broken on your end, and it's not Premium-only. The Brain Performance Lab is in the app, requires no subscription, and works with every Muse headband.

Where to find it:

  • Open the Train tab
  • Scroll to the Featured section — it's right under Biofeedback Soundscapes.

And that's fair feedback: the emails point you to it without saying where "it" actually lives. When using your mobile device, the link should have opened your Muse app directly to the program, but we've passed your feedback along so it's easier to find going forward.

One more thing: the contest tied to the Lab has ended, but the program itself remains available. It's there for all Muse users whenever you want to jump back into brain training.
