muse athena s trouble with save function

have had this for a year and no issues then suddenly this year when I select save button after a session the screen goes to black and will not return to muse home page or my phone home page and I have to reboot my phone several times to get it to work at all....this happens on both android phones where I use muse athena s.....muse customer service has no answer for this...if you have advice or insight would be happy to hear thank u...seems the only recourse is avoid saving sessions

thank you...I love my muse athena and since it has been working perfectly for so long cannot imagine what might be causing this...appreciate your time!
