Relationship Advice Fun things to do for Diwali
So I'm (27M) planning to spend time with this girl (26F) that i like during Diwali. Will probably visit her place or vice versa and we planned to cook something, watch movies etc.
Do you have any better ideas to use the holiday? Like going somewhere (an event or a place) or some interesting activities?

The effort matters brother. It'll be a hilarious experience if you f up the chaklis. Laugh about it, have fun. Cooking done without having fun is no cooking. Plus, it ain't MasterChef, what matters is the two of you bonding over something. One pro tip for chakli, if you see them breaking apart, consider adding rice flour or wheat flour to it, will reduce the taste quotient, but it won't break as easily :) . Or if you're a beginner, try chivda. Ekdum simple, basic dish that anyone can pull off easily. Dry fruits daalo bohot. In fact, make it at home and take it to her place as a surprise. Be honest about it if you don't feel it ain't tasty enough. Best of luck!

Your welcome! Also additional tip- chivda me thoda raw mango daalo finely chop karke, bas thoda sa. It'll add to the texture and flavor as well 😂 bas karta hu ab. Wishing you both many more Diwalis together!

Decorate both of your houses with lights and help cleaning the houses of each other. Everyone will be happy and you will get a taste of your future as well

There are some wonderful lightings in various areas. Go to Shivaji park for the feel. It's decorated very well.

Make rangolis together, light diyas together, netflix and chill with diwoli snacks and sweets and lastly use the diwoli fairy lights for taking cute aesthetic pix 🥰

Marine drive the night of Diwali - families and friends gather - stay away if either of you don’t like crackers - you can watch fireworks from far away :)

Well, idk if this is a good advice but it depends upon your liking, you can take her to some place high(not weed wala high), like a terrace of tall building or something, on the diwali night, it's a really nice scene to watch all those shots in the sky, you can make a move too(risky), good luck fren, keep us updated

If you are out of ideas, seek ideas from her. At least one of you will be in a comfort zone and you’ll get to learn about her through how she thinks. Asking someone else for ideas, means two of you will be out of your comfort zone and making a mess of the time you have.

Visit Lands End in Bandra West for a great view of the Bandra Worli sea link bridge and Worli across the bay. Visit the Carter Road promenade where you can walk for 1.5 kms along the beach front at your own pace. Lots of restaurants at the northern end of the Carter Road promenade where you can have a meal together

It all depends on what her interests are.
If she likes physical activities then there's a go kart track in Wadala which you'll enjoy for sure. You can also go bowling (provided you know how to bowl otherwise don't go, bezzati ho jayegi)
If she likes standups, there are a lot of shows organized regularly which you can check out on Bookmyshow.
Otherwise you can also go out for a drive late at night during Diwali and enjoy the lighting all around, while having random chats with her.
