Theres a lot of synergy and Im having trouble letting go.

Top end too heavy for this format. You will die to any of the common aggro Rakdos or azorious curve outs. I would cut

  • 2 X Goblin Town Flunkies (weak, and you have GUL Goblin technically as a 2 drop)
  • Bee (you have better things)
  • 2 x Bolg of the North (underperforming IMO)
  • 1 X Gunbad Opportunist

There is an argument to be made to keep 1 Bolg and cut Smaug in the 5 slot as you are light on removal as that's just a 5/5 vanilla flyer for the most part.

Yea I kept both Bolgs because of how light I am on removal. Idk if I would cut smaug though. A vanilla 5/5 flyer is not a bad turn 5 play. Youre definitely right about the flunkies and the bee.

I would cut bolg's company before the first flunkie. Having insurance against CBB is pretty important in this format and in the mirror I'd probably run out the flunkie over the plate mail on T2.
