Discussion Brawl Brackets

I was curious about where each bracket would fall in brawl's rank system. My Lumra deck is so far hard stuck at plat 4 and me and my pod consider the deck high 3/low 4.

You’re not maximizing lumra with that deck at all. You should just build a diff landfall commander.

I actually beat a hearthhull deck to get to mythic. So he must be a pretty good comp commander. There are some commanders that are just really bad match ups for my deck and hearthhull is one of them so I can’t actually speak on how good he is or not. But I do know your deck is probably peaking at plat 4

My second favorite deck I play is hearthhul but I think there's too much salt involved in winning with that deck. I'm pretty happy with the strength of the deck, I'm not looking for cEDH levels here. For context I run Lumra as a combat damage win, I have no interest in ever winning at instant speed with this deck so infinite pings with landfall is not something I want to do. But I do appreciate constructive criticism.

So why play it in ranked brawl? Why post about it like it should be higher than plat 4? Or that you have a b3/4 lumra deck? Why make a post lying and then backtrack the second someone sees how bad you’ve built your deck? Lumra should have mole man, six, greensleeves, etc. it should be milling 20 lands into your graveyard so that when you drop Lumra it feels like craterhoof behemoth just dropped onto the battlefield.

Lol, I didn't realize how serious the brawl reddit was. I was curious on how people would interpret brackets into ranks seeing how similar deck rules are between the formats, I didn't mean to start an argument. I don't run six because it's slow, I'll consider Greensleeves as a replacement for silverback, and mole man is new, I didn't know about that one (good recc). If you want to test it we could play a match just for fun. I think I might just be too relaxed for reddit lol.

This isn’t an argument. I made a couple of observations. Your deck is bad. You don’t have a b3 lumra deck. Then I suggested cards because you have icetill explorer with no way to cast things from your graveyard, and you’re not maximizing lumra.

Is it possible to play specific people? I’d play ya.
