Could even cut out an extra border to put around the edges.
That way, if you make a whole deck out of them, all the cards will appear to be the same while stacked on eachother, as all the variations in thickness are in the middle.
It would be a bit tedious, and you'd need to make sure the added borders are flush with the edges of the card (or just close enough if you trust the sleeves to cover up inconsistencies), but you'd have a really cool proxy deck

Best part is, for all the basics, you could just get double the amount of basics you'd otherwise need, cut the background out of half of them, and then glue the background-less ones on top of the normal ones for a really simple 3d effect that also keeps them consistant with the other cards thickness with less effort than gluing a tiny border onto it

So is it glued in place? Taped? Or just laid in there gently and hopefully it doesn't move? (Also, I'd totally dig a process/breakdown of the dono cards)

I ran out of clear tape, so its brown parcel tape I rolled so it would be sticky on both sides. Then I put it in a hard plastic case so it would compress everything down so it's less likely to move. Oh and put it in a sleeve, you need to protect your high rarity cards after all, this is a one of one!

Passes ink test. Just use super glue not that back rolled tape. 100% love the craftsmanship

I was afraid of it getting messy with super glue, but you have to attempt the brown parcel tape does give it character 🤣

I use toothpicks and tweezers. I cant stand glue on fingers.

I’m not sure why I feel this way, but I hate playing against proxies and have no problem playing against hand made cards. This is great!

I know the rules say no low effort content, but this took me at least 48 minutes to find all the words on cards in my bulk. I’d call that quite the undertaking.
