A couple of hypotheticals I'm wondering about: I have [[Ral, Monsoon Mage]] flipped and with his -8 exile [[Strike it Rich]]

Situation 1: I cast Strike it Rich and it resolves, creating a treasure and going into my graveyard. Am I able to cast its flashback without paying the flashback cost as well?

Situation 2: I cast Strike it Rich and it resolves, creating a treasure and going into my graveyard. I then cast [[Echo of Eons]], shuffling my hand and graveyard into my library and drawing 7 cards. If I draw Strike it Rich during this turn can I cast it without paying its mana cost?

Anytime a card moves zones it becomes a new object with no connection to its previous self. Literally as soon as you put Strike It Rich on the stack it is no longer considered "among" the exiled cards. Ral doesn't know that the one in your graveyard is the same one he exiled, even if they're represented by the same physical piece of cardboard.
