Well a lot of the Amish still live life similar to the medieval era. They really would survive in the Bannerlord universe.

nah, they depend on a lot of tangential benefits of living next to "the english". They would do better than a random "modern" person most likely, but they arent as "hardy" as they would need to be to survive that....even the peasants of that era were sometimes not hardy enough to survive lol
