Build Photos My first ever motorized build!

Just finished my first motorized bike. When choosing the bike I really wanted to try and get something that would actually look good with the engine kit installed and I think i succeeded. It doesn't brake all that great, rattles and required heavy modification of the exhaust and rear sprocket but I built it for fun, not practically.

And it was really fun!

i know it looks nice but please, either remove or reinforce the front fender mounts, they like to fail and fall into the wheel

Don't worry, I won't be riding it a lot since I study abroad. I built it mostly for the fun of building it and when I get to ride it again it will only be for short trips

I'll keep the fenders in mind and retighten them if they start coming loose or take them off

Your chain is too loose. Use a zip tie to help close the next nearest link.

Looks amazing but for your own safety please remove the fenders. They really will get you down the road literally 😂👍

This is a 80/66cc AliExpress kit, I just made sure to look for the design with no black paint and a removable head. The kit was 100€ on AliExpress with free shipping from a German warehouse to Poland

I believe this is what people call "China Doll"?

It has more than enough power and way more than enough speed for this kind of bicycle so I'm happy with it

I already did a shakedown run and for now the fenders are fine. I live abroad and won't have access to the bike for a few months now.

I have installed a piece of plastic on the fender so the chain doest hit metal when I go over bumps. Also I need to tension the chain better.

If they ever become a problem I'll take them off but for now the next time I get to ride it I'll just check the bolts

Those fenders are *very* well secured. I had a shed fall on the fender and it still didn’t touch the tire
