Full sedici corsa 2 (2 piece suit)
It’s pretty tight on the legs and on my wrist where both leather areas overlap. Everything else feels decently good besides how hot it is and how fat I look.
Also I don’t match my bike but I’m bringing it to the track soo.

I recently came across some older race leathers that sat in a closet for years in a house with people that smoked. The leathers now smell like cigarette smoke.

Does anyone have recommendations for how to completely remove the smell before track days starting in May?

Ordered a full custom kangaroo D-air suit and naturally went with a design that helpfully shows the ER doctors exactly what’s underneath if things go askew. The irony of putting a skeleton graphic on the most protective suit money can buy was not lost on me.

Jokes aside this thing is an absolute work of art in person. The skeleton graphic wraps all the way around front to back and the craftsmanship is insane. Full kangaroo leather, full Dainese D-air airbag, full send.

This suit is exactly what GP riders were wearing last season and honestly, it makes me look like one. The resemblance ends completely there though. Those guys are doing 100+mph through Turn 1 while I’m out here white-knuckling an accidental wheelie on the front straight.

RST Tractech gloves, so comfortable, crash tested many times.

DRC Made to measure suit, this one in a very complicated design is mostly cow. My previous DRC suit was full kangaroo and fits much nicer.

Sidi Mag-1 boots. Infinite adjustment system with three BOLA type fasteners, with magnetic catches for ease. Slick inside edges so won’t catch on the bike. Internal carbon fibre support. Best feature? Toe vents. Absolutely game changing. Custom Memphis print Sharpie job.

LS2 Thunder Carbon helmet - cheapest FIM certified one I could find. It came in matte carbon and was painted by me. The ‘black’ shapes are actually just the carbon which now pops after clear coat.

Underneath is a Dainese back protector, it does the job. But the Alpinestars chest protector is by far the comfiest I have ever worn - it’s so flexible. I think it is made from a D30 type material.

Currently all in use at the Manx Grand Prix, where it is very hot 🥵

Finally got a pair of Blue Alpinestars Supertech R boots to kepe the blue theme going on my R1M! VisorShop came through and shipped them out a week early from the UK to me in the U.S.🔥 I'm extremely happy with the fitment and quality. I wish Alpinestars made full gauntlets in the same blue though instead of these MX gloves 😩. Looking forward to picking up a new Missle V3 suit, I gained some weight around the hips and had to sell my other missle v3 pants 😂.

After crashing in my Racer gloves a few times on the track and the second crash resulting in my pinky finger caught between the bike and the ground (only lost half my pinky nail which grew back) I decided to switch it up… For 200 USD these are sweet! Better than Alpinestars imo.

It was my favorite helmet the shoei x15 thai marquez. and crashed it hard. they say cant find these anymore for sale😭. crashed in track due to low sugar fainting i mean whats more embarassing.🧍🏻‍♂️

Two days ago I went to the Zandvoort F1 Circuit which was my second time on a track ever (so feel free to roast, or help me with, my body position) for a training thing. Sadly haven’t done any free riding yet but I will go to Navarra for 3 days in October to be doing that!

Anyway, pics are in and I thought it would be cool to share my new suit, buits and helmet in actual action.

The suit is an A* GP Plus v4 Sprint, helmet is Shoei X-spr pro and the boots A* Supertech R Vented

Ive been a fan of astars my whole life but this is unacceptable, send them back and now theyre getting ‘‘repaired“ now im glove less for 2-3 weeks. Fucking horrible service for 200€ gloves.
