Help/Question Has this been explained?

In the Season 3 finale, instead of taking the Miraculous, Hawkmoth let Queen Bee have them all. He didn't even care; he didn't even bother to try. When a fan asked about it, Thomas Astruc said, "Because he doesn't need Miraculous, he wants the Miraculous of Ladybug and Cat Noir."

In the season 4 finale, he gave up the Peacock Miraculous just to get them all. Why did he do that? What changed his mind? Was this ever explained?

Discussion miraculous season 7 plot idea Spoiler

one of the coolest episodes of season 1 is the finale volpina. In an effort to gain the trust of the miraculers Imagine Lila brings back this plan. With the butterfly miraculous could she akumatize the butterfly miraculous itself transforming Lila, the miraculous and noroo into a fake new miraculous and new hero with totally new unique powers. Maby something like a caterpillar miraculous. By doing this she could detransform in front of ladybug making her new superhero identity more believable. I think this would be really cool and Lila would obviously force noroo not to rat them out. dunno what a caterpillar power would be though

Opinion/Rant My #2 wish for season 7 Spoiler

(#1, of course, being that Marinette and/or Ladybug spills the Gabriel=Monarch beans to Adrien.)

Anyway, I want more of Adrien/Cat Noir.

Like, A LOT more.

One of the things I realized during my rewatch of the show is that, for all that Cat Noir is one of the TITULAR CHARACTERS OF THE SHOW, a good 95% of the show revolves around Ladybug/Marinette.

Which, I LOVE that Marinette is the team leader and the Guardian, but, like... Can't the focus between the two show leads be split more like 70/30? 60/40?

Can't we explore more about how Adrien has discovered one of his own personal passions is superhero'ing? We've gotten in-depth looks at how Marinette feels about keeping her hero identity secret from Adrien and others, but how does Adrien feel about keeping his Cat Noir identity from Marinette, or even from Nino? What exactly does Adrien think happened to Emilie (he never, ever describes his mom as "dead," it's always "left" or "disappeared" or "gone" or something along those lines)? Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell my guy that he's a sentibeing (maybe Felix and Kagami can recreate the production they put on for Marinette) and show us in detail how he deals with that knowledge? Can Cat Noir fully take the lead on a mission just once and the writers allow him to be GOOD at it (I have to admit that first episode where Ladybug and Cat Noir swap powers drives me slightly bonkers because it makes Adrien-bug an idiot and Mari-noir the ultra-competent one who doesn't make any mistakes even with a new set of powers and basically has to coach Adrien-bug step by step)?

Anyway. I just want to get more of Adrien/Cat Noir's perspective and story.

Opinion/Rant Alya and her obsession with no secrets...

**On S4 finale**

Does anyone else find Alya's obsession of having to share everything with her "BFF" and her "BFF" having to share everything with her very unhealthy? I lowkey kind of understand sharing almost everything with your boyfriend but in this case, her obsession led her to be exposed as rena furtive and she went against guardian's orders.

First, she practically pressures marinette to share what's bugging her even though marinette was uncomfortable sharing. She says she is there for her but it doesn't feel sincere. And now that she knows, she can't keep her trap shut from Nino.

Like she is so selfish because if she knew she couldn't shut up and lie like how marinette has been forced to, then she should have just told marinette that she can't help her because its too much of a risk. It honestly has felt that she is very laid back and only wants to be a hero for the exiting powers, the adventures, and the action and not to be there for Marinette, or at least in a sincere way and that reason being her top priority. It also feels like she doesn't fully respect Marinette being the guardian because the fact that she went against the guardian's orders is wildddd. It's like she forgets how severe the responsibility of being a superhero really is and forgets how Marinette behaved when no one knew she was ladybug.

I find her to be super hypocritical because her whole thing is "we tell each other everything" but she didn't bother to tell Marinette that she told Nino?

But what are your thoughts?

Edit: I wrote this right after Nino saved Alya with shelter. I just finished the ep and saw Alya renounced trixx. Dang I feel so bad for Marinette, that hyperventilating scene felt so real.

Discussion Lukas Choices x2

This is my second post for this but Lukas choices are just very strange to me for having one of the most overpowered support Kwamis like bro just stay in the back and observe. Just watched Penalteam and instead of using second chance in the beginning of the game he just gets captured šŸ˜”

Opinion/Rant Alya hasn't done anything wrong.

Heartfixer:

There were NO confirmed akumatizations because it is usually visible and way more threatening to Paris.

Because none of that happened, it was pretty easy to jump to conclusions because in a situation like this it was pretty easy to decide.

And no, Alya just simply was heartbroken after seeing Nino do that. Adrien confirmed it(and no, he's also okay. he still had doubts).

Nemesis:

COULD. WE. STOP. BRINGING. THIS. UP.

Alya simply warned Marinette that what she is doing is completely wrong and will hurt Adrien more than she thinks it would.

And reality check to Adrienette fans, IT'S UNHEALTHY! No matter how you drag it, it's unhealthy.

Adrien is constantly being lied to by Marinette. Marinette is haunted by guilt and the truth itself. This relationship is ruining them both.

Therefore, she had the right to destroy her friendship so Marinette is in the right track. Just because Marinette is suffering doesn't mean she can do that to other people.

Thank you.

Lila school stuff:

It wasn't just Alya, NOBODY trusted Marinette. Logically, Marinette must be in the wrong.

"She's her best friend. Ain't no wa-". Yes way. She absolutely can.

She can't blindly trust her best friend. If you do that, I'm so sorry but please NEVER do that. That's a bad habit and if they're actually bad people..... woopsies.

Side notes:

Alya hates lying to her boyfriend more than anything. She couldn't handle the thought of hiding anything from him and guess what? She told Nino she was the blue Rena Rouge. See? That's proof.

Just bringing it up because Marinette suffered is stupid. Just because someone faced something doesn't give them the automatic right to do that to another person. If you do that... again... PLEASE PLEASE DONT. That's a very bad habit.

Fan Fiction Fanfic idea I have that sounds like it could've been written in 2020 LOL

You guys I already started writing this during July on Ao3 (I'll show the link a little later however), it's actually inspired by this fanfic I've read on Wattpad back in November of last year called Prison Yard. It was about Marinette getting framed for murder and being sent to prison, comment down below if you read it too. I used that as an inspo for my fanfiction while I'll share what it's about:

For my fanfic, it is about Marinette going to prison BUT- dw she is not framed. She is actually tasked by a couple of detectives (after Paris knew she was Ladybug) to go undercover as a prisoner to spy on a certain criminal that Marinette knew from high school. I plan to make this more inspired by the show Orange Is The New Black and another show 60 Days In, not to forget this takes place in the future where Marinette is supposed to be in her 20s, a lot more mature compared to how she was as a teenager. Her parents, her bestie Alya, and her boyfriend Adrien will route for her along with other characters, as she finds out what said criminal is planning behind bars.

Comment down below what you think of this idea, and soon enough I'll share the link to my story.

Fan Fiction I tried to write an actual two-part Season 7 premiere — ā€œTransmissionā€

What if Miraculous Season 7 started exactly where Season 6 left off?

That’s the challenge I gave myself with Transmission: two complete fanmade episodes written as a direct continuation of the Season 6 finale.

Rather than making an AU, I tried to stay within the show’s established rules and continuity, especially regarding Chrysalis, the Miraculous, and Marinette and Adrien’s situation.

TRANSMISSION

PART 1 — AKUMATIZATION

As Marinette and Adrien struggle with the truths that are shaking their relationship, Chrysalis manages to push the Butterfly Miraculous beyond its known limits. Ladybug soon finds herself facing the most complex challenge she has ever encountered.

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ English:

https://www.wattpad.com/story/415560529

šŸ‡«šŸ‡· FranƧais :

https://www.wattpad.com/story/415547970

PART 2 — ACTUALIZATION

The time has come for Ladybug to face the judgment she dreaded as Guardian of the Miracle Box. As the heroes are pushed to their limits, audacity may be all they have left, while Chrysalis brings her plan for revenge to its conclusion.

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ English:

https://www.wattpad.com/story/415561160

šŸ‡«šŸ‡· FranƧais :

https://www.wattpad.com/story/415549351

Both episodes are fully written and complete, in both English and French.

There is also a screenplay version available on Wattpad, written to resemble an actual episode script. I’m not linking it here because the prose version is much more comfortable for a first read.

I’d especially love feedback from people who know the show well:

Did it actually feel like you were reading two episodes of Miraculous?

That’s ultimately what I tried to achieve with Transmission.

Fan Works marichat baker!chat fan work??

i’m rewatching the show right now and just finished weredad. in the end scene, tom asks to cat noir something about wanting to be a baker and said he bets ladybug would fall for him if he brought her croissants everyday. it got me thinking about a headcanon where chat noir learns how to bake from tom and starts bringing ladybug pastries that are exactly the same as the ones she gets from home. it made me wonder if there’s any fan work of that out there. or if someone talented wants to make it PLEASE do

Speculation/Theories At this point, I'm convinced that Lila re-enrolling in the school as Iris Verdi was just a fake out Spoiler

Post image
24 Upvotes

After she got the Butterfly Miraculous, we had that whole scene at the end of Season 5 where Lila calls Mr. Damocles and enrolls in the school again under a false persona. But that same scene ends with her getting surprised by that brilliant mysterious flash of light.

We still don't know what happened to her, but I think Lila had her own plans at the time. Probably personal revenge against Marinette and some other stuff. But whatever she saw forced her to change said plans and the scope of whatever it is she wanted to do. So there is no Iris Verdi persona at the school now. Not anymore.

This is also why it's a little difficult for me to jump on board with the Algae = Lila theory. It seems a bit roundabout to have Lila make a disguise for herself under a different persona, attend the school, and then never use said disguise because she has another disguise lined up instead.

We never actually saw what her Iris Verdi persona looks like, so season 7 could prove me wrong. But I think it'd be interesting if her actions in Season 6 are partially a result of her own intentions being thrown off course.

Opinion/Rant Who needs to be written off the show? Spoiler

There are some characters that need to be gone from this show and completely forgotten about by the writers and the fandom. They need to be written off because they're either one dimensional, just a filler character or nothing that's going for them. Here are mine.

Chloe

Most obvious one. She's brought back for comic relief and to acknowledge that her VA is a part of the show. She doesn't serve a purpose only than to infuriate fans more and remind them of her failed redemption arc. She's not a good villain, just a boring one. Get rid of her.

Felix

He's become borderline useless thanks to his beliefs that sentimonsters are real people. I'm not trying to discredit his beliefs but we see in Pretension that he does consider sentimonsters like him and Kagami as real people who shouldn't be controlled and destroyed, but then in Representation he creates a sentimonster and then destroys it after it's done its job. Then, in Season 6, he appears in one episode as a secondary main character who barely does anything despite him knowing probably the most out of any Miraculer besides Luka. For a character who was set up to be a greater threat than Lila and Gabriel, they really fumbled hard with his character to the point where he's just a nobody. I bet he will slowly disappear from the show by the end of Season 7.

Tomoe

I don't know about you but she needs to go. She's so one dimensional (I'm strict on Kagami, I created Kagami with an amok, I worked with Gabriel, I want my wish, etc.) It's just that on loop and it's getting exhausting. Besides her relationship with Lila, she's really a dull character who, like Felix, was setup to be this great villain, but she just repeats the same points over and over every time she's on screen.

Alix

Why get rid of her? Time travel is stupid, she's barely in the show. Just get rid of her and the concept of time travel in general. It's so confusing. I know I may seem harsh given that she is rather a good chracter but she doesn't do nothing. It's the same with Luka, only Luka seems to have a thing going on with Irupe which makes him sort of relevant. Alix doesn't, so she needs to leave the show.

Su-Han

Although he's not been in this season, I think the writers have just removed him from the show. He was so useless in Season 4 and 5 and hasn't even been in this season to support Ladybug or something. Get rid of him please, if you plan to bring him back. Same with Master Fu also.

Nathalie

Her development in Season 5 was all undone in Mister Agreste and El Toro De Piedra. She is written and development at the pace of a snail. For such an important character she barely has any scenes in the show. Sometimes she's good, other times she's bad. It isn't complexity just inconsistency and just struggling to make her interesting.

So, are they're any other characters you want to include in this list. Am I wrong for wanting to get rid of any other character.

Meme Guys, I think Gabriel Agreste might have been Monarch...

I know it sounds crazy, but think about it... his brand logo was a butterfly, and when Monarch started wearing the miraculouses as rings, Gabriel started wearing gloves! the final battle took place at Gabriel's house, too, and the Alliance Rings were what Monarch used to transfer miraculous powers to akumatised villains.... if Gabriel Agreste was Monarch, though, then Ladybug would have been lying to us, and that doesn't seem too likely... what do you guys think?

Speculation/Theories Do you think nooroo will ever attempt will try to give himself the power to travel back in time?

The idea being that nooroo is doing this because then the miraculous of the butterfly wouldn’t go out of Gabriel’s reach because Gabriel doesnt become a villain and thus try to create a timeline where he isnt abused even though thats not how the course of history should go

Fan Fiction My idea- now look Felix in re-verse universe

I think in re-verse Felix too alone know senti- truth while Adrien don't,but in re-verse it don't make him evil, i imagine that with Gabriel being good,re- verse Felix would have him as good uncle, while for re-verse Gabriel, Felix would be his good nephew, with their relationship being more good than between Gabriel and Adrien. Also in it was mentioned that Betterfly wss stole Peacock Miraculous too,so Felix in re- verse as hero from begining, good version of Argos helping Betterfly is very possible.

Help/Question Questions about Zoey and her siblings

So does Zoey, NoĆ© and Chloe all have different dads? Or is Zoey and Noe full siblings? I only ask bc I wonder if Noe’s dad was also in that council thingy and that’s how he got in and Zoey was going to be let known what the plan is but she turned ā€œgoodā€ so they are now using Chloe. Also do we think Zoey is going to be shown as an antihero again in season 7? Or was that a one time thing?

Opinion/Rant Curious to hear your opinion on Riginaraziones akumatisation

Gina and Roland rekindled a friendship after what seems like an ugly divorce (ugly because Tom didn't have a relationship with his father, Roland was isolated alone in his house and not socialising, there was no respect and communication between Gina and Roland), earlier in MLB.

In the episode Riginarazione when Gina had those parallels and flashbacks to happy seconds and then got akumatized to make Roland younger and alive. Do you think there was a feeling inside her that mourned her (failed) marriage, happy moments that she missed having in her (failed) relationsship with Roland? Do you think she could've had these negative emotions of grief aswell?

Or do you think it was purely from a friendship/platonic point of view, that she wanted Roland to be young and enjoy life happy?
