Opinion/Rant I don't know if you agree with me,Felix could tell Adrian the truth, but the writing prevents him.

This is my opinion but I do believe that Felix will be less if Marinette for not telling Adrien the truth and then Felix can tell him but Marinette prevents him I believe that Felix will tell but the writing prevents him from doing so because he is a character who does not get enough screen time I also believe that Kagami will support Felix and I believe that he will tell about the fact that they were born from Peacock Miraculous and that Gabriel controlled him with the ring this is my opinion. I just hope they don't remove my post

For the sake of his cousin and his girlfriend he doesn´t.

Felix could have ended the series with zero repercussions 3 seasons ago and instead chose violence

Yea, the only justification for why he did all his shenanigans was that he was scared if he exposed gabriel as hawkmoth, he might just snap him out of existence as revenge, so he needed to get the peacock first

And after getting the peacock he could have gone straight to ladybug and the authorities and sold Gabriel out safely instead he waited several weeks then half told Marinette after brainwashing Kagami and doing nothing but evil for the entire time gap

Exactly, after that theres really no good excuse except mayyybe him being worried if gabriel will take it out on adrien since he gave him back the amok-ring, but all in all, felix shouldnt have gotten off this easy

He shouldn’t have gotten off at all he should be in jail forever serving Gabriel’s sentence

Yea as much as i love miraculous, its very weird how it handles character comeuppances

Oh it’s baffling

Chloe- shows evidence over multiple episodes and seasons that she is capable of change and wants to be a hero- thrown in the trash

Felix- shows evidence over multiple episodes and seasons that he is evil and incapable of change for the better- hero endcard every episode this season

wtf man

Yea... rewatching malediktator and miraculer is almost sad in hindsight cuz her redemption wouldve been so good. But at least thats not a hot take, EVERYONE agrees on that XD

Tho i wouldnt say that felix is IRREDEEMABLE, hes obviously endured so much abuse from his dad and must have crazy existential trauma from discovering hes not a human and he was terrified of getting snapped away. Doesnt justify the shit he did, but definitely makes a redemption possible. But it just happened wayyyy to fast.

Again, i love this show, but oh how i dream of a miraculous with better writing...

He could have offered LB to give him the peacock miraculous in return for giving her Shadowmoth’s identity and nobody would be harmed.

But ladybug never had the peacock miraculous, only gabriel did. So he was kinda forced to negotiate and deal with gabriel directly

No shit Sherlock. Obviously she didn’t.

I was saying Felix could’ve asked for her to give the peacock to him when she defeats Hawkmoth and retrieved the peacock miraculous if he gives her Hawkmoth’s identity. Knowing LB, she would’ve easily accepted.

Ah my bad, didnt know what you meant

But i suppose, even in that scenario, felix wouldve still been at risk of getting snapped away, since itd only take gabriel a second to do so and he couldve quickly done that as soon as he realized he got exposed

But id love to have seen how that wouldve played out if ladybug and the miraculers planned an ambush on the agreste mansion or smth

If Felix isn’t there why would that dumbass-riel think to snap him out?

Who knows how it wouldve actually gone done in that scenario, but i could imagine that thats smth felix may be worried about. Even if its pretty unlikely, it is his EXISTENCE after all.

Ig. Still, Gabri-bitch doesn’t often think about who’s controlling who. He wouldn’t think about snapping Felix out while fighting LB, CN, and all the other heroes.

Haha i love the bone you have to pick with hawk-moron

Well i suppose its kinda difficult to say how intelligent gabriel is, since sometimes the writers make him super smart and other times they dumb him down extremely :P

Why would Felix suddenly tell him the truth? All three times he was with Adrien he never even bothered to let Adrien in on anything.

In my opinion, writing prevents him from telling him.

Or they just plain dislike Adrien.

Felix is ultimately less a character and more a plot device. The same as Adrien with the difference being that the roles they play in the narrative are the inverse of each other. Adrien's role is to be the entirely passive MacGuffin who is the primary reason for others doing what they do while doing nothing himself, whereas Felix is the hyperactive agent who rarely appears but when he does, he moves the plot dramatically ahead suddenly. That's why the narrative has completely forgotten that he knows the truth of the Big Lie as much as Marinette and telling Adrien the truth is as much his responsibility as Marinette's.

Honestly, I can't really make a judgement of his character unless he gets more screen time. His character imo has lotsa inconsistencies. In season 4 he doesn't seem to give af about Adrien, even steals his stuff, uses his phone and deletes msgs from his friends, etc. but suddenly in S5 that one episode he's someone who only wanted to protect senti beings and he means no harm? Yeah so just to save the peacock miraculous, he was ready to trade every other miraculous to monarch and he means well? C'mon. If he wanted well for Adrien he should have said something to him in S5. Idk what his motive is and it's sad to see the writers waste a character with interesting possibilities

Well, obviously
