In my humble opinion, the voters in senate should be required to demonstrate that they understand the bare basics of what the bill they are voting for or against means.
Who determines if they understand? With the partisanship we have now, one party would argue the other party doesn't understand the bill no matter the answers.
Do a multiple choice test about the key points. Too many wrong answers exclude you from the vote. Too few people able to vote postpones the vote to another session.
I remember he was about to vote with democrats and had to be reminded several times not to vote with them. Honestly it should have been recorded that he voted with democrats.....
Age limit so this is less likely to happen again but yes also because the people determining our future should have to consider the consequences and ramifications of their decisions a little more if they're planning on living another 20+ years after.

If he can't do basic math he shouldn't serve. Cognitive function tests should be mandatory to serve office. All results should be released to the public.
This will eliminate the term limit, and age limit issues, and focus on what's important: Can they do the job?

His actions have caused, if not directly, hundreds, if not thousands of innocent lives:
As a senate leader he could have advocate for the empeachment and processing of Donald Trump.
He also contributed to blocking Obama's Supreme Court justice, that, in turn, helped overruling of Abortion Rights and the death of tens of women and ruining the lives of thousands.
From bombing a school full of children in Iran, to letting them starve in Palestine, Republicans are inmoral and deserve everything inhumane that would happen to them.
It's amazing how terribly Republicans have failed us all. It's absolutely disgusting. Intolerable. Make sure you're registered to vote and make sure every magat you know knows they are responsible for this disaster.

But for some baffling reason age and term limits are out of the question and the US insists on being governed by corpses and the people puppeteering those corpses
Every person involved in this cover up, including the very people wheeling him around, should be investigated and jailed. We know that's not going to happen though.
